Established in 1979, The Boswells began as a framing sub-contractor building over 200 homes for various local builders. In 1982, Johnny Boswell obtained his contractor’s license and over thirty years later is one of this area’s premier building contractors.

The Boswell’s success stems from many quarters, most notably our ability to blend client’s designs, and builder’s skills into a realistic package which pleases the most discriminating tastes. Our homes maintain quality, craftsmanship, and elegance while presenting an ever-changing freshness of design.

One of the main reasons the Boswells have been a leader in this industry is because we feature our own in-house design capabilities allowing the drawing of clients homes headed by Ryan Boswell personally. By utilizing the latest computer software and restricting our design efforts to in-house clients needs, we are able to quickly and accurately explore design concepts while always maintaining practicality and budget expectations.

Johnny Boswell’s emphasis on quality and integrity has guided the company since its conception. From the beginning, the Boswells became synonymous with quality construction of all kinds in this area. Second generation family members brought up in the business apply the same principles in the construction of single family homes.
